What is a Health Check?
We’ve created a legal health check using a combination of questionnaires, on-site visits and face-to-face consultations which assess your strengths and areas for improvement in an easy to understand report.
The review is carried out by an experienced Employment lawyer who will meet with you to explain the report and any next steps that may be sensible.
What does it include?
- A review of your business structure – are you getting the most from your employees;
- Assessment of policies, procedures and contracts of employment regarding compliance with current legislation;
- Assessment of policies, procedures and contracts of employment regarding reasonableness and enforceability;
- Drafting of a report containing findings of compliance, enforceability and potential problem areas;
- A meeting to discuss report and findings.
