What is a Health Check?
Kidwells can save you time and potential costly mistakes by reviewing your policies and procedures and assessing how the ever changing area of employment law can affect your businesses. We will make recommendations with regards to how you can incorporate new developments into your company effectively and highlight possible areas of support.
The review is carried out by an experienced Employment lawyer who will meet with you to explain the report and any next steps that may be sensible.
What does it include?
- A review of your business structure – are you getting the most from your employees;
- Assessment of policies, procedures and contracts of employment regarding compliance with current legislation;
- Assessment of policies, procedures and contracts of employment regarding reasonableness and enforceability;
- Drafting of report containing findings of compliance, enforceability and potential problem areas;
- A meeting to discuss report and findings.
