The campaign for Learning at Work week 2023 theme is ‘Create the future’. This year’s theme, Create the future, explores how lifelong learning at work can help us all personally and collectively create our futures – from achieving life and work goals to shaping our lives, communities and the world, to driving innovation and achieving organisational ambitions.  

How the Kidwells Group do it

As a whole group, Kidwells has an in-house learning and development programme for all staff, but above that, many of the team are doing various training courses while they are working.

Sarah is a director within the group is studying for her Level 7 CIPD (HR) apprenticeship.

Emily is a director within the group and is studying for a level 7 apprenticeship in Management.

Amber is our HR Manager, and she is studying for her Level 7 CIPD (HR) apprenticeship.

Hayleigh is a finance assistant and is AAT Level 2 qualified and working towards Level 3.

Abby studied at the University of Worcester for three years and is a trainee solicitor studying for her LPC (Legal Practice Course) and master’s degree in law at the University of Law.

Caitlin is a senior paralegal and studied for her Law and Criminology degree at Cardiff University. At present she is studying for her LPC (legal practice certificate) with the University of Law

Alan is a senior paralegal, and he is in his third year studying law with business at the University of Law. At the same time, he is also studying for the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE).

Marcus is our finance supervisor having worked for four years studying accountancy and operating in finance. He is also at present studying for his Level 5 apprenticeship in Operations.

Lorna is our Marketing Manager and completed her degree at Hereford College of Arts in Graphic & Media Design. She is now studying for a Level 5 apprenticeship in Operations.

William studied Computer Games and Cyber Security and the Cambridge Technical Extended Certificate in Engineering at Hereford Sixth Form College and joined Kidwells as a technical development executive and is currently studying for his digital marketing apprenticeship.

Natasha studied Law, Psychology and Health & Social for A level at Hereford Sixth Form and is currently studying for her digital marketing apprenticeship.
